I am very happy with my progress! It was way past time for me to lose the many extra lbs that I had gained. I am so glad that I got started. Houston Weight Loss Center makes it so easy and is so supportive. I really look forward to my monthly appointments. My favorite part is weighing in and reviewing the sheet that shows muscle/fat mass, water mass, etc.
