I am glad I didn’t give up and now have the tools needed to maintain my new lifestyle

Lost: 32 lbs Time period: 6/21/2021 – 10/28/2021 My weight loss journey started in April 2020 because I did not like the way I looked in a picture. From April 2020 to August 2020 I lost 18 lbs and I could see the difference. The weight loss stalled from August 2020 until I finally decided to reach out to Houston Weight Loss in June 2021. I was doing everything possible and nothing worked. From June 2021 to October 2021 I have lose a total of 37.7 pounds and I look and feel amazing. The team at the center were very welcoming and provided valuable information. I am glad I didn’t give up and now have the tools needed to maintain my new lifestyle.
