I have lost a total of 47 lbs. I saw rapid results with this program. My experience has been great and been a blessing. It was hard for me to lose weight util now. The staff at this center are wonderful, helpful, and thoughtful during this delicate time. My eating habits have changed, I have increased my exercise habits, and feel more confident in myself. Thank you Houston Weight loss Center. My journey has not stopped so we will continue until I reach my goal. L.L.D. I have lost 44 lbs. I saw initial rapid results and now it is maintaining my weight loss. I have had a good experience and very helpful staff. The biggest benefit is fitting into my regular clothes that I have not been able to fit into. M.D.
