I had a wonderful experience. Doctors and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful when explaining the program to me. Program gave me everything I needed to succeed in my weight loss journey.

I have tried several times to lose weight and this was the only thing that worked for me. The staff and Brend (Nurse Practitioner – Webster Location) are a big part of that. The support is amazing. My journey is still going, and I feel truly blessed to have Houston Weight Loss Center on my side!

It’s only been 5 weeks, but I’m more encouraged in this short amount of time than I have been in years. It’s not just about feeling hungry, it’s also about changing my mindset about eating. I’m having to remind myself that just because it’s lunch or dinner time does not mean I need to eat. If I don’t FEEL hungry, I don’t put food in my mouth.
