I started my weight loss journey because my weight was 200 pounds… My blood test results showed high levels on Triglycerides, Cholesterol, lipids, etc. That’s when I realized I had to do a serious change in my eating habits, not only for my well-being, but also for my health, and for my mood, as I did not feel like going anywhere because my clothing did not fit me! First, I had to get used to drinking lots of water all day long. Then, I had to eat healthy, which I was not used to at all. Now I am aware of every little piece of food that I put into my mount, calories count! It was not difficult at all to make all those changes because my mind was set on losing all those pounds that I grained throughout the last 3 years. BEFORE, I was feeling frustrated, sad, kind of depressed too; every time that I looked to myself in the mirror I did not like what I saw. I didn’t want to have pictures taken, I refused to buy size 18 clothing, and size 16 was fitting way too tight, so uncomfortable. NOW, I feel great, even though some people are saying that I look better with some more weight on, I know I am healthier now than ever; I can whatever I want to, and nothing looks ugly on me.
